The Iowa State Patrol has released the name of a Monona man who died early yesterday in an accident just southeast of Rossville in Allamakee County. The Patrol says 29-year old Jason Johaningmeier’s motorcycle struck a car that was attempting to make a turn. Johaningmeier was taken to the Waukon Hospital were he was pronounced dead.
