Drake and UNI meet in MVC Conference game

Drake and Northern Iowa meet tonight in college basketball at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls. It’s a game between in-state rivals, and a Missouri Valley Conference game, which Panther coach Greg McDermott says is more important.McDermott says this game could have a big impact on the conference fate of both teams down the road as they both enter the contest at 1-0 in the conference.UNI comes into the game with a 6-4 overall record, while Drake is 6-5.
