Wildcats snap ISU women’s home win streak

The Iowa State women’s 26 game home winning streak was snapped last night in a 69-63 loss to Kansas State. The Wildcat’s upset the 4th ranked Cyclones in Ames handing them their first loss of the season, and a loss in their first Big Twelve Conference game of the season. Four cyclones scored all of ISU’s points led by Lindsay Wilson’s 21. Tracey Gahan had 16, Angie Welle 14 and Melanie Bremer 11 points off the bench. The Cyclones are now 12-1 on the season.
