A western Iowa man learned that the hard way.Forty-eight-year-old Victor Jackson, of Persia, allegedly arranged in an Internet chat room to take nude pictures of a 13-year-old girl in a Missouri hotel room. Jackson is now jailed after sheriff’s deputies met him at the rendezvous point instead.
