Packwood couple charged with packing away stolen items

A couple from Packwood could be packed away to prison on theft and drug charges.Officials have been building their case against the two for over a year, but it culminated with the discovery of over six thousand stolen items stashed in the couple’s home in Packwood and storage spaces in Hedrick and Agency. The items were reported stolen over the past five years. About half of the antiques, furniture, guns and jewelry have been reclaimed by their owners, and more stuff’s being claimed every day. In addition to the loot, Charles Buskirk already has pleaded guilty to possession of meth and his wife Robbie has pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana.
