Charges are being filed in a fatal shooting in Marshalltown. 15-year-old Zack Viewed of Marshalltown was charged as a juvenile with involuntary manslaughter in the December 28th shooting of 15-year-old Jared Tysdale of Haverhill. Vieweg was released to the custody of his parents.
