Northeast Iowa authorities are on the lookout for a former Oelwein girl who’s reported missing.17-year-old Jade Butterfield, daughter of Dawn Sullivan, apparently ran away from home December 20th. The family moved from Oelwein to Indiana in October. Sullivan says Jade may still be in Indiana but wanted to alert Iowa authorities just in case she returned to her old home.
