Iowa returns to the Big Ten looking to right their ship

The Iowa Hawkeyes look to bounce back in Big Ten action tomorrow night at Northwestern. The Hawkeyes won the first matchup with the Wildcats in Iowa City and Hawkeye coach Steve Alford says they will make some adjustments from the first matchup.Alford says Northwestern plays a difficult style.The Iowa State Cyclones are on the road in the Big-12 to play Kansas State. The Wildcats are winless in conference play but Cyclone coach Larry Eustachy says no road game is easy in the Big-12.Eustachy says freshman guard Ricky Morgan is making progress in practice and that will translate to the games.K-State coach Jim Wooldridge says the Wildcats need to improve in a number of areas, most notably on the boards.
