Drake looks for win trifecta

The Drake Bulldogs look for their third straight victory tonight when they visit Southwest Missouri State in Missouri Valley Conference action. Drake coach Kurt Kanaskie says they will need a big effort against the Bears. He says they have four seniors that pose a threat.Kanaskie says the Bulldogs have regrouped since the loss of forward J.J. Sola to academic problems.Drake swept a pair of games from Southwest Missouri State last season.S-M-S coach Barry Hinson says that’ll be motivation to beat Drake.
