Mason City and Marshalltown meet in key matchup

Two of the top class 4A boy’s basketball teams matchup tonight as Mason City visits Marshalltown. This is a rematch of the first game in which Mason City got 45-points from Iowa bound guard Jeff Horner to win the first matchup in overtime. Marshalltown coach Jerry Nikkel says the five thousand seat roundhouse gym will likely be packed for this game. He says they’ve had a lot of calls from people who want to see the game.Nikkel says the key is not shutting down Horner but the other players on the team.
