A man from the western Iowa town of Atlantic is the subject of a nationwide search after he allegedly abducted his two young children. Police say 38-year-old Tab Rasmussen picked up his son and daughter, ages two and four, for a visit late last month and hasn’t returned them to the mother, who also lives in Atlantic. The mother has legal custody. Rasmussen was spotted in Vail, Colorado, on January 29th. Rasmussen was last seen driving a green 1993 Dodge Spirit with Iowa plates: 791-AKB.
