Oskaloosa company honored for effort after 9-11

A southeast Iowa company is getting a thank-you from Uncle Sam this morning for its response on nine-eleven.On behalf of the U-S Secretary of the Army and the U-S Chief of Staff, a top general with the Iowa National Guard will honor Musco Lighting of Oskaloosa for the company’s efforts after the terrorist attacks. Musco had lighting trucks at the World Trade Center site on the evening of September 11th to illuminate rescue and recovery efforts and another Musco team was at the Pentagon on September 12th. The ceremony began at 10 a-m at Musco’s headquarters in Oskaloosa.
