The Iowa Hawkeyes return to Big Ten action tomorrow night at Wisconsin. It was another in a string of losses for the Hawkeyes on Saturday with a 72-66 loss at home to Ohio State. The difference this time according to coach Steve Alford was he was proud of the effort. Alford kept Reggie Evans out of the game for missing classes and says it is a message he should have sent a while ago. He says he may’ve matured as a coach and he’s proud the way the team responded. Alford says Ohio State took over in the final few minutes, and his team broke down defensively. Sophomore Brody Boyd got the start at point and says the Hawks need to focus on finishing on a positive note.
