Young artists with an interest in wildlife can gain some national recognition in the Iowa Junior Duck Stamp competition. Don Jorgenson of the U-S Fish and Wildlife Service says the competition is an outgrowth of the popular adult contest.All you have to do is produce a piece of art about waterfowl that can be reproduced into a stamp.
