March 6, 2002 By admin

A Grinnell man who’s accused in the death of his infant girl has entered a plea in Poweshiek County court. 20-year-old Shane DuPee claims he is -not- guilty of murder in the squeezing and shaking death of his three-month-old Aliyah in January. The baby’s mother, Angela Stevens, will be a witness. Two of DuPee’s infant siblings reportedly died of a genetic brain disease.
