Two members of a Bettendorf family are in trouble with the feds following an 11-month investigation.35-year-old Mathias Pizano and his mother, 60-year-old Celia Pizano…also known as Celia Gallardo…are under arrest. Mathias Pizano has been charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and marijuana. Feds say they have witnesses and ledgers proving he trafficked more than 2 million dollars worth of drugs since 1998. Celia Pizano faces charges of misusing a Social Security number and mail and wire fraud. During a search of her house, authorities say she admitted using two identities to collect nearly $89,000 in fraudulent disability and Medicaid payments.
