A northeast Iowa farmer laying drainage tiles cut a gasoline pipeline Wednesday along the Delaware-Clayton county line. Up to five thousand gallons of gas dumped on the ground. There was no fire or explosion. D-N-R officials can’t yet say how much environmental damage was caused by a line rupture of the B-P-Amoco Incorporated line. About three thousand gallons were vacuumed up by a HAZMAT team from Cedar Rapids.
