Authorities in the Quad Cities are investigating an alleged case of babysitter abuse. A Davenport man and a Rock Island woman are charged with abusing a 16-year-old girl while she babysat for them in February. 24-year-old Billy Paul and 24-year-old Crystal Lucas each face two felony counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Police says the alleged incident took place in a Rock Island apartment complex. Billy Paul already is in Scott County Jail for an unrelated offense. Police are looking for Crystal Lucas.
