A Remson man accused of killing his son was in court Monday asking that his bond be dropped from 250-thousand dollars. Donald Boss is charged with murdering his adopted 10-year-old son Timothy two years ago. The 37-year old Boss maintains he’s innocent. Mike Williams, Boss’ attorney says some of the things said about his client by his other children are not true. He says when the case was filed “there were a lot of horrifying things proffered by the children.” He says one of the children now says all the horrifying things were not true and she made them up. Williams is asking that Boss be given a supervised release, or an electronic monitoring system. Plymouth County Attorney Darin Raymond disagrees with the request. He says there hasn’t been enough change in the circumstances to warrant a change in the bond. The judge has asked both sides to submit written arguments on the request by next Monday. Boss was denied a request for a bond reduction in March in which he tried to shift the blame for the killing onto his wife Lisa.
