Farmer killed by cow

May 13, 2002 By admin

A Benton County farmer died this weekend after being attacked by a cow. Fifty-year old Bruce Schulte was attempting to move a newborn calf out of some mud on his farm near Norway. The calf’s mother charged Schulte, kicking and mauling him. Schulte was able to call for help on his cell phone, but died before it arrived.
