Candy factory to layoff workers in Creston

About 65 jobs are being eliminated at a factory that makes “gummi” candies in southwest Iowa.Candy production is being cut at the Kraft Foods plant in Creston, and so is the staff, by 50 hourly and 15 salaried workers as of June first. The factory currently has about 230 workers.
