A Jackson County teacher was killed in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday in eastern Iowa.The Clinton County Sheriff identifies the victim as 50-year-old Judy Ann Gjerde of Maquoketa. Her Honda Civic reportedly collided head-on with a semi-truck driven by 30-year-old Duane Gannon of Delmar, who wasn’t hurt. The wreck is under investigation.
