Davenport man arrested for flashing

June 28, 2002 By admin

Eastern Iowa authorities have arrested an alleged flasher. A Davenport man is jailed, charged with 12 counts of indecent exposure. Police say 33-year-old James Bryant has been exposing himself in front of women and juvenile girls since April. But seven of the 12 incidents have taken place in the last week. Detectives were watching on Wednesday when Bryant allegedly exposed himself in front of a woman walking her dog. Police say all 12 counts are serious misdemeanors.
