Voters in Cascade have given the city approval to borrow money for a new community auditorium.The vote allows the city to borrow up to 250-thousand dollars to pay for the auditorium. The city of Cascade will also apply for a 200-thousand dollar Vision Iowa Grant for the 14-thousand square foot auditorium adjacent to the Western Dubuque High School.
