Manhunt underway in Northeast Iowa for robber

A manhunt is underway in northeast Iowa.Authorities are looking for the man who robbed a Dubuque convenience store and kidnapped the clerk on Sunday morning. The clerk from the Big Ten Mart was held up at gunpoint. The clerk was then forced into her own car and the suspect drove them west to Evansdale and stopped for gas. The clerk was able to escape there unhurt. The suspect fled in the clerk’s car, a red 1989 Ford Tempo with Iowa license plate 089-FXI.
