North Tama will play in 1A championship game

One team has played its way into the class 1A championship baseball game. North Tama jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the first inning, scored two runs each in the third and fifth inning to down Lansing Kee 10-4 in the 1A semifinal. Kee did score one run in the third inning and three in the fourth. Lansing ends the season at 39-8, while North Tama advances to the championship game Saturday with a 33-8 record.
