Name of Moscow accident victim released

Authorities have now released the name of the Moscow, Iowa, man who was killed in a Cedar County crash on Tuesday. 40-year-old Gary Schlueter died after his pickup truck was hit at an intersection by a car driven by 19-year-old Anna Frauenholz of West Liberty. Frauenholz and a passenger, 31-year-old Joseph Weber of West Liberty, are hospitalized in fair condition. Officers say Schlueter ran a stop sign.
