After opening the season with a cruise past division-two Wayne State of Michigan, Northern Iowa hits the road to take on Oklahoma State.U-N-I coach Mark Farley says O-S-U is hunger for a win after losing their opener. While playing a Big-12 team will be difficult, he says it is the right time for a challenge like this. Farley says the game will show them where they need to take the team for league play. He says the game is designed to give pride to the school, and if they win he says the alumni will be the proudest of all. For the team, he says they need to learn what they need to work on to make it in the playoffs. The Panthers beat division-one Ball State last year but Farley says this will be a much more difficult chore.
