Volleyball tournament gets underway

The high school volleyball tournament is underway in Cedar Rapids. Three-time defending state champion Tripoli downed North Kossuth three games to none in class 1A. Rock Valley downed Mediapolis three-games to one. Farrugut takes on Des Moines Grandview Park Baptist and Pella Christian takes on Maple Valley in the other class 1A games today.
