Jury selection close to conclusion in Boss trial

Jury selection in the murder trial of a Remson man could wrap up today. 38-year-old Donald Boss is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his adopted son Timothy. About half the jurors in the second of three jury groups were questioned by the judge and attornies Friday. Another 30 jurrors from the second group are reporting for duty today, the third group of jurrors has been notified that they’re not needed.The trial is scheduled to get underway December 2nd.
