An eastern Iowa nurse’s ordeal in Indonesia –may– be over soon. 57-year-old Joy Lee Sadler and 42-year old British researcher Lesley Jane McCulloch are both accused of violating their tourist visa’s in Indonesia’s Aceh province. They were arrested September 11th. After the trial opened today, Judge Arsil Marwan –adjourned– proceedings until Wednesday. The women face five years in prison if convicted, however, their lawyer expects them to be sentenced to time served and expelled from Indonesia.
