A Fayette County man is charged after a standoff at his home early Sunday that began with shots being fired at the Riverview Bar in the town of Waucoma. 36-year-old Thomas Britt allegedly used a shotgun and fired six shots at the outside of the bar after a domestic dispute with a woman who works at the bar. Deputies say Britt went to his home and barricaded himself inside. Three people were evacuated from the house and from neighboring houses. Britt turned himself in about two hours later. He faces charges including: terrorism, going armed with intent and domestic assault. Britt’s jailed on 250-thousand dollars bond.
