A Plymouth County District Court jury brought back a guilty verdict last night for Donald Boss, in the death of his son. It took only about two hours for the jury to reach its conclusion. The jury began deliberating the case around 2:30, and jury foreman Jerry Kastner handed a verdict to judge James Scott about 4:30. The jury was polled, and each one stood, said their name and then said they’d found Donald Boss guilty of murder in the first degree for the death of his ten-year-old son Timothy.Boss will be sentenced December 30th.
