La Porte City man accused of exposing himself

A La Porte City man is in jail after allegedly exposing himself to two young girls. 22-year-old Randy Elliott was arrested on two counts of “enticing a child away” and indecent exposure. Elliott was arrested for an incident last Friday in which he’s accused of exposing himself to two La Porte City juvenile girls. The girls were not harmed. Elliott is a registered sex offender.
