Two schools cancel classes due to flu

January 29, 2003 By admin

More northeastern Iowa schools are cancelling class due to the flu. Denver is the latest district to call off school today as more than 200 students have had to stay home due to the bug. Hudson Elementary had 87 of nearly 300 students out yesterday, along with 22-percent of middle schoolers and 17-percent of the high schoolers. Last week, S-C-M-T schools cancelled class for several days too.
