Icy road blamed for death in Linn County

Icy roads are blamed for a car/truck accident yesterday afternoon in Linn County that killed a Manchester woman. 21-year-old Jaclyn Potter died in the crash near Coggin. Authorities say Potter lost control of her car and slid into the path of a semi-truck. The truck driver wasn’t hurt. Potter was pronounced dead at the scene.
