The F-A-A is looking into the Saturday crash of an ultralight aircraft near the Buchanan County town of Brandon that left two people hurt. The aircraft apparently had trouble gaining altitude after taking off and hit a tree, crash-landing in a bean field. The pilot, 50-year-old Gary Kehm, of Illinois, is listed in serious condition. His passenger, 29-year-old Ginger Wolf of rural Brandon, is in fair condition.
