Victim of car accident identified

Authorities have identified the McGregor man who was killed in a single-car accident Saturday near the Iowa-Minnesota border. 20-year-old Ryan Schoulte was killed in the Allamakee County crash. He was a passenger in a car driven by 20-year-old Phillip Fisk of Monona which ran off a curve on Highway 76, went into a ditch and hit an embankment. Fisk is in critical condition at a Wisconsin hospital. Another passenger is in serious condition.
