A 27-year-old man from the eastern Iowa town of Preston has died after a weekend crash. Terrence “Terry” Berken died Monday at University Hospitals in Iowa City. Authorities say he was driving a vehicle that crashed Sunday in Clinton County near Goose Lake. The vehicle crossed the center line, ran off the road, entered a ditch and hit a utility pole. Berken was alone in the vehicle.
