Southern Iowa farmer dies in accident

A southern Iowa farmer is dead after a tractor accident. The Ringgold County Sheriff’s Department reports a farm related accident took the life of 45-year-old Curtis Eason of Mount Ayr. Eason was pushing a tree with a farm tractor when the tree went over and took the tractor with it and pinned the driver. The accident occurred six tenths of a mile east and seven tenths of a mile north of County Road p-33 and 215th Street in a farm field.
