Sotball tourney ready to restart after rainout

August 6, 2003 By admin

The state high school softball tournament resumes tonight after Tuesday’s rain-out. Rogers Sports Complex Superintendent Jim Winter says the grounds are ready to go, including the areas handling foot traffic. He says it’s a lot different than it was yesterday when locally heavy rain washed things out. He says they brought in more bleachers to accomodate everybody for the extra games.
