Police are investigating a fatal shooting in northeast Iowa. Waterloo police say a 20-year old man was driving on the east side of the city late last night when someone drove by in another car and shot him. The man’s car ended up on a nearby lawn. The man who has not been identified, apparently had been in a fight with another man earlier.
