The pressure is on at Nebraska where last season’s 7-7 record snapped a string of 40 consecutive winning seasons. Husker coach Frank Solich made several changes on his coaching staff in hopes of turning things around this year. He says the players have bought into what the coaches are all about.Having played under Bob Devaney and coached under Tom Osborne, Solich saw how they handled tough times. He says both had to come through some moments of difficult times and he’s attempting to handle it in the same way. Nebraska opens August 30th against Oklahoma State. He says they want to get off to a great start, and says it will be a big game for both teams. Iowa State will visit Nebraska October 25th.
