In high school football action tonight top-ranked and defending eight-man champion Sentral of Fenton is on the road to play number-five Sioux Central. Sentral coach Steve Ramer this game has been marked on the calendar for some time as they knew it would be one to look to the minute it ended last year.. Ramer says the experience of last year’s title run is a plus for his team. He says they believe if they’re within striking distance in the fourth quarter, it’s always in their favor to win.In class 4A, fifth-ranked Cedar Falls takes an unbeaten record into a game at Iowa City High. Cedar Falls coach Pat Mitchell says a key to the game will be the play of the defensive line in being able to get pressure on the quarterback.Iowa City High is 2-1 and coach Dan Sabers feels that loss means there is more on the line for his team. He says his team is hungry and realizes the first loss got them into a hole.
