Seven people including four juveniles were arrested in Cedar Falls last (Thursday) night after a fight broke out during a junior-high football game. It happened during the fourth quarter of the game between Holmes Junior High and Central Middle School of Waterloo. Spectators say a Central fan ran out onto the field, took a football helmet and started hitting a Holmes player…and the fight broke out after that. School officials aren’t commenting as they try to figure out what happened. Cedar Falls police say a 20-year-old and a 21-year-old man were arrested for fighting and a 36-year-old woman was arrested for serious assault. Four teens were referred to juvenile authorities and at least 2 people were treated for minor injuries at a Cedar Falls hospital.
