Northern Iowa debuts in the Sports Network’s One-double-A top 25 this week at number 16. The Panthers improved to 3-1 with a 43-10 rout of then 11th rated Northwestern State. Quarterback Tom Petrie was hoping that win would catch the eye of the pollsters.
