The Drake football team is banking on some home cooking to regain their winning ways. After back-to-back losses on the road the Bulldogs take on Jacksonville out of the Pioneer League’s South division. Drake is 47-nine and one at home since 1992.Drake coach Rob Ash says it’s a long trip for Jacksonville, which may help his team get some momentum. He says the Bulldogs have failed to convert in key situations the last two weeks and it has cost them. While Drake has been victimized by second-half rallies, Jacksonville has used the in a three-game winning streak.Ash says Jacksonville is hot right now and he says Drake needs to try and turn that around. Drake is 2-3.
