Sixth-ranked Northern Iowa visits Western Kentucky this weekend in Gateway Conference action. The Panthers have won eight straight games and rolled up more than 600-yards of offense in a lopsided win over Youngstown State last weekend. Panther coach Mark Farley says he’s confident in the team no matter who they play right now because they match up well and play well as a unit. He says while a title showdown with Southern Illinois looms, this marks another chance to edge closer to the conference title. He says you have to go step by step and climb every rung.
