Class A semifinals set for UNI-Dome

November 15, 2003 By admin

The class A semifinals of the high school playoffs are today in the UNI-Dome. The opener has third-rated Valley of Elgin against a top-rated Treynor team that yielded only three points the entire season. Valley coach Chad Beerman says they need to try and stand-up to the Cardinals at the line of scrimmage. He says they run an offense that’s not a lot different than his teams. Valley has played several games in the dome the past couple of seasons so playing indoors is nothing new. He says it’s not strange, so they’ll be ready to play.
