Drake gets win on the road

The Drake Bulldogs took command in the second half enroute to a 73-64 win at Western Illinois. Joshua Robinson led Drake with 21 points, Lonnie Randolph added 17 and was also a boost on the backboards according to coach Tom Davis on his post-game radio show. Randolph had eight rebounds, which Davis says is phenomenal for a point guard. Davis says as a whole the guard court picked up the rebounding effort and it was a factor in their win. He says they’ve been getting killed on the boards and they’ve made an effort to improve that.Drake is now 2-2.
